All winnings are held in accounts with Barclays or Lloyds Banks.
Members with winnings in their LoveMyLotto.com wallets, can request immediate part or full payment of the amount in their wallets, by sending an e-mail to email@example.com payments are usually made within four days, direct to the members credit/debit card that is used to make their subscription fees.
Please note that it is necessary to have a minimum of £20 in your account before payment can be made, except where a member is closing their account, in this instance, a payment of any amount can be made, including amounts less than £20. This assumes that the member has complied with our Terms & Conditions and has given 28 days notice to terminate their membership.
In the event that we are notified by a members credit/debit card provider, that our request for a recurring payment has failed or been dishonoured, we reserve the right to withhold payment from a members wallet, to the extent of the amount unpaid for the 28 day notice period.
Where a member leaves without giving notice and fails to request payment of monies in their wallet, their account will after a period of three months, be deemed dormant and subject to a monthly charge of up to £3 per month until such time the account is exhausted.
