This is nothing to worry about. It's a security feature designed to protect your account from what's called a 'brute force attack' on your account, whereby a robot programme tries to crack your password and gain entry.
However, you may have accidentally triggered this by trying to access your account with the incorrect details. After 5 attempts of using the wrong details, we will lock your account and notify you that we have done so.
How to unlock your account
First of all, do a password reset. If you STILL can't get access, you need to contact us.
